With my due date just around the corner, I wanted to chat about exercising after birth with Sarah Kuhn, founder of Juna, a fitness and nutrition app for pregnancy and postpartum. We know the benefits of staying active during pregnancy and after baby. However, there are a lot of details that aren’t clear. As a pre & post-natal exercise specialist, I knew Sarah could give us the real scoop on what we need to know about exercising after giving birth. She’s going over what we can and shouldn’t do, when we can start exercising, and more!
